The Rann of Kutch is a vast, seasonal salt marsh in Gujarat, India, known for its stunning White Desert landscape that appears in winter, attracting visitors to the vibrant Rann Utsav festival (Nov-Feb) featuring cultural shows, camel rides, adventure sports, and local crafts, all set against a backdrop of immense white salt flats and rich Kutch heritage, making it a major tourist draw in India.

4:30 PM to 5:00 PM:           Evening High Tea
5:30 PM to 7:30 PM:          Visit to White Rann
8:00 PM to 9:30 PM:          Dinner at Dining Area
9:00 PM to 10:00 PM:         Cultural Activities

6:30 AM:                               Visit to Rann
7:30 AM to 9:00 AM:         Breakfast at Dining Area
9:00 AM to 12:00 PM:        Leave for Dholavira
12:00 PM to 2:00 PM:        Sightseeing at Dholavira
2:00 PM to 3:00 PM:          Lunch at Dholavira
3:00 PM to 7:00 PM:          Sightseeing at Kalo Dungar
8:00 PM to 9:00 PM:         Dinner followed by Cultural Activities

Departure to railway station

Transfer from Bhuj to White Rann Resort, Dhordo  (Approx 90km – 2 hrs by road)

  • Arrival –  09.30 am – from Bhuj Railway Station/Airport to Rann Tent Resort, Dhordo
  • Departure – 09.30 am – from Rann Tent Resort, Dhordo to Bhuj

Inclusions & Exclusions

Inclusions

  • 2 Nights accommodation in Premium AC rooms

  •   Meals and sightseeing as per itinerary

  • Airport Pick and Drop

  • Fun and entertainment activities at the resort

  • Transfer between Bhuj railway station/Airport and Rann Tent Resort, Dhordo by AC coach on SIC basis only (as per scheduled timing only)

Package Exclusions

  • GST 5%
  • Any meals other than specified than those in “Meal Plan”.
  • Expenses of personal nature such as tips, telephone calls, laundry, beverages etc
  • Optional, suggested or unspecified activities.
  • Entrance, guide or camera fee.
  • Medical and travel insurance
  • Any transportation which is not mentioned in the itinerary.
  • Expenses caused by factors beyond our control like Rail and Flight Delays| Roadblocks| Vehicle Malfunctions| Political Disturbances etc.
  • Anything not mentioned under “inclusions”.

Domestic Cancellation Policy

  • Once the booking is done- 20% of package cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
  • 30 days prior to departure- 30% of package cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
  • 15 days prior to departure- 50% of package cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
  • 10 days till the departure- 100% of package cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
  • No Show No Refund.

Payment Policy

  • Payment Policy:
  • 50% of total land package cost shall be paid to initiate a booking if the travel date is more than 30 days from the date of bookings.
  • 50% of total land package cost amount shall be paid before 35 days of the departure date.
  • Any Flight bookings shall be paid 100% in advance.
