Gangtok is the capital city of Sikkim, a small yet beautiful state in northeastern India. Nestled in the Eastern Himalayas, Gangtok is known for its breathtaking mountain views, peaceful environment, and rich cultural heritage.

One of the main attractions of Gangtok is its natural beauty. The city offers stunning views of Mount Kanchenjunga, the third-highest peak in the world. Lush green hills, colorful flowers, and mist-covered valleys add to its charm. Places like Tsomgo Lake, Nathula Pass, and Banjhakri Falls are major tourist spots that showcase the region’s spectacular landscapes.

Darjeeling is a beautiful hill station located in the northern part of West Bengal, India. Nestled in the foothills of the Eastern Himalayas, Darjeeling is famous for its pleasant climate, stunning mountain views, and rich cultural heritage. Often called the “Queen of the Hills,” Darjeeling attracts visitors from all over the world. One of the most striking features of Darjeeling is its natural beauty. On clear mornings, visitors can witness breathtaking views of Mount Kanchenjunga, the third-highest peak in the world.

Itinerary

Day 1: Gangtok Arrival

Our representative will be there to receive the Guest at New Jalpaiguri Railway Station (NJP) / Bagdogra Airport (IXB) / Tenzing Norgay Bus Stand (Junction) –

He will be assisting for the transfer to Gangtok – Gangtok the capital of Sikkim Suits all from tranquility to adventure, land of monastery, mystic rituals & festivals at an height of 1670 meters / 5480 feet and is the most visited spot of India.

It is one of the most beautiful town with varieties of Rhododendron, Orchids and butterflies – Nearly 135 kilometers 4 ½ – 5 hours drive – Check into hotel –

Evening free to roam around M G Road (Mall) or local Shopping center – Over Night stay at Gangtok

Day 2: Excursion to Tsomgo Lake & Baba Mandir (Full Day)

Morning breakfast at hotel – Excursion to Tsomgo Lake & Baba Mandir nearly 40 kilometers – The Lake is oval shaped lake nearly 50 feet deep – Generally covered in snow for most of the year the year – This lake is home to the Brahmini ducks & many migratory birds – Nearby is the sacred Baba Mandir known to be a very holy site for all – Nathu La Pass to Republic of China is nearly 20 kilometers and is optional tour – Back to Gangtok –

Evening free to roam around M G Road (Mall) or local Shopping center .

Over Night stay at Gangtok (Incase of Landslide or due to any other reasons if Tshangu Lake is closed then an alternate sightseeing will be provided)

Day 3: Gangtok Local Sight Seeing (Full Day)

Morning breakfast – After breakfast drive for the city tour of Gangtok – Sight seeing will be for half day hence the drive will be easy and comfortable – It is not possible to cover all the spot in single day hence we make the program with points covering minimum distance traveled – Visit to Directorate of Handicrafts & Handloom, Research Institute of Tibetology, Do Drul Chorten (Stupa), Enchey Monastery, White Hall, Flower Show, Ganesh Tok, Hanuman Tok, Tashi View Point, Banjhakri Falls, one of the finest falls close to Gangtok, etc – Back to hotel – Evening free to roam around M G Road (Mall) or local Shopping center – There are few discotheques in Gangtok to spend time – Over Night stay at Gangtok

Day 4: Departure

After breakfast transfer to Siliguri / New Jalpaiguri Railway Station (NJP) / Bagdogra Airport (IXB) / Tenzing Norgay Bus Stand (Junction) – Nearly 105 kilometers 3 ½ – 4 hours drive – Forwarding Journey

Terms & Conditions:
This is just a quote, no reservations held yet or booking is not proceed yet.
The rooms & rates are subject to availability at the time of booking/confirmation.
Hotel, sightseeing, meals, transfers and flights rate might change without any prior notice until & unless it has been booked/confirmed from your end.
The change in dates will attract re-quote.
Normal hotel check-in time is from 12:00hrs onwards & check-out time is at 11:00hrs.
There will be an additional cost for an entire transfer between 23:00-07:00hrs (if not stated inside the package).
It is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification at the time of check-in.
The identification proofs accepted are Driving License, Voter Card, and Passport. Without a valid ID the guest will not be allowed to check-in. Note- PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
All transfers and sightseeing are as per the Itinerary/package and in case of Aid conditioned vehicles, it will be switched off in the hills.
Holiday With Us and it’s organisers strictly prohibit the utilisation of any Narcotics and Banned Substances during the tours and would not be responsible for any adversities due to the same.
All guests must carry a Govt issued Valid ID Card.
Holiday With Us will have no responsibility for injuries or the loss/theft of any personal property during the tour.
In case of any breakdown or in delay due to the breakdown of the transport in the way, you would have to wait until the transport gets repaired. No backup transport would be provided.
Holiday With Us is not responsible for any delay in reaching the destination due to traffic, sightseeing/activities of the day may get cancelled if we don’t reach the destination on time.
Trip organiser/coordinator has complete right to change the itinerary as per on the spot condition.
Please cooperate with us in keeping the environment clean and safe.
Any cost arising due to natural calamities like, landslides, flood,road blockage, political disturbances (strikes), etc. to be borne by the client,which is directly payable on the spot. (Arising cost may be change of hotel / change of cab due to road blockage)
Please note that adventure activities are not included in this package. If you want to do any adventure activity you have to pay extra for specific Activities.
Any change in flight directly depends upon the airline companies . Changes or cancellation of flights will be the part of the airline . So , Holiday With Us is not responsible for any delay, change or cancellation of flight.
All disputes are subject to Noida jurisdiction only.

Payment Policy

25% of total land package cost shall be paid to initiate a booking if the travel date is more than 30 days from the date of bookings.
50% of total land package cost amount shall be paid before 15 days of the departure date.
25% of total land package cost amount before 7 days of the departure date.
Any Flight bookings shall be paid 100% in advance.
Full payment of package cost is required if the booking date is 7 days before the departure date.
